Here are a few more in Japanese
Ohayo (Oh-Hi-Oh): Good Morning
Konichiwa: Good Afternoon
Kombawa: Good Evening
Genki Desuka: How are you?
Domo Arigato Gozamas: Thank You Very Much
Suimasen: Excuse Me
Gomedasai: I'm Sorry
Nanika atta?: What's up?
Omedetou: Congratulations
Itai: Ouch
Junbi dekita?: Ready?
Kanpai: Toast!
There are a few simple words...I found it to be a much easier language to learn than Chinese. Chinese is an ugly language...not very graceful.

LOL...Yes, it is...but I can tell you from my own experience that Chinese food in China is not very good...I actually went to the Hard Rock Cafe in Beijing just to get a burger after eating their food for 8 days ;D It has a funny after-taste...probably because the meat was not what you thought it was

Unfortnately...yes, they do...and dog, too. That isn't a myth...people in the poorest parts of China have to survive on whatever they can. I saw some pretty sad sights while I was there...not just the tourist attractions. I don't want to think about it though...there is a good chance in the 16 days I spent in China that I may have just eaten some things I would have rather not know what they were.

Wo hen go si! ;D A few years ago my sister had several Chinese friends. One day we invited them to our house and we still had then our dog called Max, we were so afraid that they could eat our dog that we even hid him from them. Eating pets is really brutal. ;DI can teach you Russian and Ukrainian Hi: Priv’Et, pryvIt. Thank you: spasIbo, d’Akuju. Goodbye: pokA, buvAy. I love you: ja t’eb’A l’ubl’U, ja tebE kohAju... ;D
