A big fan of Classical Architecture!! However I still appreciate some of the modern stuff! Have you seen 'The Birds Nest' in Bejing, built for the olympics? Awesome. Also some neat stuff being built in Barcelona that I saw on the travel channel!

About 'The Birds Nest' in Beijing, I have seen something similar in Madrid, which changes colored lights inside. Very bizarre... I prefer stone, it's stronger, it keeps the warm and the cold... In fact, I usually use stone to create the houses of my Sims ;D And talking about architecture....: Gothic  or Roman  ? |

Great pictures, Lucy! O, the Pantheon... One of my all-time favorites! Definitely Roman!Classicism and neo-classicism are my favorites... though I do love Mid-century Modern and Art Deco too! Gothic is often frightening... The Gargoyles freak me out sometimes. LOL! Seeing the Notre Dame de Paris before and after cleaning was interesting. It doesn't look like the same building. It's a completely different color. BTW, Lucy, how did you insert your images? I'm having trouble doing that... I wanted to insert pics here but the board is being ornery... Anyway:

About inserting pictures (I'll try my best): - Find a picture ;D - If the pic is on internet, find the link to the image (if you need help with this, tell me  ). Copy the link in the post of this messageboard and then select it and click on Insert Image option that you'll find above the smileys. Done. - If you have the pic on your pc, upload it to photobucket or similar, and then just copy the link with "[ img ]" Hope it helps  About the question, I had to look what styles they were, and def I prefer Art Nouveau, I find this nice picture:  Dali or Monet? |

No question, it's Monet for me... The Musee D'Orsay is my all time favorite museum in the world. Every time I go to Paris, I spend days there. If I could live in the Musee D'Orsay, I would. Van Gogh is my all-time favorite artist, though Vermeer, Ingres and Michelangelo are dear to my heart too.

Rofl @ missalabama!! It wasn't a bad question, I was just letting others have a chance to answer! Sometimes I think I'm a game blog hog!! So I'll answer both questions ;D It's near impossible to choose..........I suppose Da Vinci because he was also an inventor (I love multitaskers)! For me it's 'Too Blind to hear' because I don't have the other one, although I've been searching!! Can't even find it used!!  museums or amusement parks |

I suppose since I am headed out to Frontier City today (the local amusement park...that is also the inspiration of the Kings Of Leon song by the same name)....I'll go with Amusement Park.
