Just wanted say that I'm back home... so sad but happy I survived the landing the pilot must have been drunk or a beginner John was great though and so were you girls - thanks It was sooooo unbelievably hot.... I was down in Brighton yesterday and I got soooooo sunburnt but suncream was too much for my little hand luggage plastic bag... I have to apologise to Jade... I was laughing about the fact that she brought four (!!!!!) pairs of shoes over for a 48hour long stay LOL but I should have brought a second pair too... I SOOOO couldn't walk in my girlie shoes any longer on Thursday *ough* The first thing I did yesterday was buying a new pair of shoes LOL Will tell you more about the whole trip later if the others aren't doing it already ... I will have to do quite a bit for university so won't be online till Wednesday I think... just to let you know see you all then Kati

lol... it is my believe, that a band is more than just the front man and a solo-artist playing with a band is more than just a solo artist.. I don't think you can see the solo-artist without the band if all are on stage... So I take care to zoom in on the band members too, for they deserve the recognition for their part in the performance as well and as for your younger sister.. I can understand why she would have the hots for Tom, he is a nice guy and his good looks don't hurt the eyes either.... lol

John has just post the setlist: Set List London Water Rats July 2nd 2009 - July 4, 2009 I Leave On Friday Cold Coffee When The Lights Go Out Walking On Broadway Footprints Happy Hour No Censored Memories:( But it's a too short setlist!! But great ;)How many artists played that night too?Sorry, my mistake. Guess that was wishful thinking or maybe I had one Jack/Coke too many. But he did play Censored Memories in Copenhagen, and it sounded great live! The line-up included 4 acts - Rachel Collins, The Blizzards, John and I think The Red Deltas. As for The Blizzards, I saw parts of their performance and they were really good. As for the other two, I didn't catch any of them which is a shame actually, but it was just too d**n hot inside. Thanks for sharing your experience of Thursday Jade - sounds like a great night, even in the heat! Did John take anything to sell, as he said he forgot to bring anything to Leamington! Doh! Glad I'm not the only one wth memory card problems! Yes, he brought "Above The Cosmos" to sell at the gig. Oh well, the memory cards.. and obviously not even the one inside my head works properly, as I remember songs that weren't played that night! LOL! I have to apologise to Jade... I was laughing about the fact that she brought four (!!!!!) pairs of shoes over for a 48hour long stay LOL but I should have brought a second pair too... I SOOOO couldn't walk in my girlie shoes any longer on Thursday *ough* The first thing I did yesterday was buying a new pair of shoes LOL Ha Ha, and you know what - I did wear them all within those 48 hours!! ;D But what's even more remarkable, I left London with exactly the same 4 pairs of shoes, didn't buy any... as far as I remember this has never happened before.

O, WOW!!!! THANKS, JADE AND LORALINE!!! I must now quote Devlin, "I LOVE Y'ALL!" Geat videos, Loraline! Jade, your story was great! Your description really made me feel as if I were there. London was sunny and HOT, inside the venue it was even HOTTER, but nothing compared to Mr Garrison and his band, who were definitely the HOTTEST!! LOVE THIS!!!!!! ;D Though there were two hotties missing, Gaz and theaftoshane, Right? ROFL at your shoe story, Jade!! I knew you were a girl after my own heart! The last time I went to NYC, I took 5 pairs and bought three pairs. I had to have the store mail them home for me because I had no room in my luggage. My friends call me the shoe lady. I hope you make it to NYC for a gig, so I can have a fellow shoe shopper. Kudos and Karma Girlies! I wis I could have been there! Thanks for sharing your moments with us!!

Too bad the newspaper journalists always go for the wrong events and, as a result, miss out on the best stuff. Today, the LondonLite headlined "Kate's a bit of a Blur fan" - now, that's great for Kate. I just want to add "Jade's a bit of a Garrison fan"... and if Miss Moss knew his music, I'm sure she'd be as well!! ;D So, still left eager for more... guess I should have a look at sidestep.com now... just in case ... So is Missy!!!! Don't get me started in the media... They are a bunch of monkeys!

Ooops, I'm afraid we got off the track a little bit. So, back to the Water Rats gig. As already stated, I loved every song he played that night, but if I had to pick a highlight, it would be "Cold Coffee" (thank you again, Lydia, for filming it ). www.youtube.com/watch?v=MosNthPaWfYThis one sounded soooo good as did his voice (after a bit of adjustment during the first song ). Oh, and I think Mister Pemberton did a brilliant job on keys what made for some beautiful harmonies and the nicest version of this song I've heard so far. Looking forward to hearing the album version, hopefully soon!

Yes, great job on keys... I really love the intro on "cold coffee." Nice echoy synthesizer sound.

Anyway, if some of you wants one of the original pictures, send me a PM with your email address, tell me which picture you want and I'll send it to you.
