John... I just have to ask because I just noticed that your MySpace page says that you are a 108 year old female...if that is the case you are the best looking 108 year old female I have ever seen and I want the number to your plastic surgeon...LMAO!
Did you know it said that?

Well how was it? Was there a good turnout? Did you do any of your new stuff? Are you going to be putting up some new you tube videos now? Was it just as awesome as you remembered doing your own music?

So I told you on myspace that I am curious as to where the song "American Life In The Summertime" came from. Did it have anything to do with your touring here this past summer? Any chance of us getting to hear that one anytime soon? I just find it fascinating that you would write about us lowly Americans and I want to hear what you have to say... BTW I read that you wanted to ask Bush about the WMD's...I want to ask that one too...We have buried too many of our friends and would give my life to sit down and get some strait answers from the guy!

Certainly I'm not beginning to answer the questions for the man himself , but since you are so curious, kerpea, "American Life In The Summertime" is a cover of a song by Francis Dunnery, another oh so brilliant but heavily underrated and (deliberately?) overlooked English artist. de.youtube.com/watch?v=Pl3cBfwyTd0&feature=relatedBut I too would love to hear it sung by Mister Garrison!!!!

Hi John How did it feel to be performing your own songs once again??? I'm sure it felt great and has been a treat for everyone who got the chance to see and hear you!! I so wish I could have been there. I'm playing in NYC in September. After that I don't know. I am currently planning some gigs of my own for when the tour finishes next year. They will hopefully be several of these in various parts of the world. Hopefully anyway. Deffo in NYC and London and probably in Spain too. There is talk of some Scandinavian gigs but we'll see. Anywhere that wants me will be consideredWE WANT YOU HERE... really want you right now... is it 2009 yet???... okay, patience is a virtue but I just can't wait!! Wishing you all the very best, a huge night and a wonderful weekend in old New York. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the great music, you have no idea how much it means to me. Lots and lots of love Jacqueline xxxxxxxxx That's true... What do we have to do, to get you over here? What does have to happen? Are there any chances at all?

not sure if this question should be in this thread or the question-thread, but will post here all the same.... Are you only looking for places to play in England and Spain or would you consider the Netherlands as well? If so, what kind of places are you looking for? Small places (upto 100 audience), medium size (upto 1000) or larger? Here in the Netherlands, there are places that expect artists and/or their managers to send a demo before considering putting them on the program. 3rd party suggestions are often not taken into consideration.. I could however easily make a list of 5 or 6 locations in the Netherlands, that would be interesting for you to play at... And I could make a list for Germany... if you're interested and if you read this Just let us know

...I had someone contact me and explained to me that people from the UK don't like to be called British... Is that true? That kind of worries me... *runs off to edit anything she has written containing that word*

This is what the "other person" said to me:
"I'd edit your blog on him though British to English. Yes over here we're all quite nationalist, English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish, we all seem to hate the term British for some reason."
I guess I never knew that...and I claim to be educated..LOL!
So John...is this true?

John
I have been doing some hunting and I can not find Head Towards The Dawn. Do you have any suggestions where I might find it? Or does anyone else know? I am willing to pay whatever it takes...money is not a factor...I just want to make my collection complete.
Thanks
Keri
