well the line up has been linked and JB is supposedly playing so am wondering if it will be full band or just James and Beardy??? trying my bestest to get tix!!

not sure, but perhaps they weren't touring as a band last year? this year, they will be in iceland in june with the entire band and in july they are also performing on several festivals as a band.... I'll keep my fingers crossed for you

just trying to remember....they weren't there last year and there wasn't one in 2006 so last time they could have been there was 2005 and they were a band then.....maybe they did play as a band in 2005 and he played with Beardy in 2004....its all foggy so cant remember that far back!!

glastonbury sounds very much like festivals we have here in the netherlands.. pinkpop and lowlands are rather big festivals here. pinkpop usually has the more famous bands, where lowlands has a lot of upcoming bands and only a few big names, but that festival is more than just music

Hey, that's quite possibly the longest post I've ever seen!! Thank you jaxx for letting us know. What a line up... James Blunt followed by Crowded House... sounds good to me. The Verve will be interesting as well. Let's hope Pete Doherty will make it to the gig *Cheers!*. Saw and heard him at the Columbia Halle in Berlin a few months ago, wasn't bad at all!! Oh, and Gilbert O'Sullivan... I didn't know he's still into music... how old is he??? Sixty something would be my guess... does anyone know??? But then again, making music is by no means a matter of age... just thinking of Mick Jagger or the newly reunited Genesis.

loraline Just come!! eh i dunno if i cant get the time of my work as well but as i've already got my tickets tuff am going!! i wont be asking for time off i will be telling them i need time off!! am pushing it tho as i have T in the park 2 weeks after glastonbury & i have a week off for that! oh well if they wont give me the time off i'm sure i'll have a tummy bug that weekend!!

lol.. contract will prolly not allow me to come.. holiday periods are hard to get time off this time of year... besides, I will be working at the travellers emergency call center, so would have to fit in the schedule to go anywhere at all...
