Hello Ladies & Gents! It's Been a While ...hope everyone is well! I've been pretty busy lately...sorry I haven't been around. I have stopped in a few times to keep up with the current...sounds like some of you had some great experiences at the gigs recently. I am sooooo jealous! I've been so busy with work, my last semester of grad school, and now my home has been damaged by recent storms that came through Oklahoma...no tornado damage, just enormous hail damage...hail the size of grapefruits came crashing from the heavens above and made my roof into swiss cheese...now we are dealing with that...yuck!

Is it just me, or has the silence never been so loud and clear?

I'm here Darling but burried under my collage books. I'm really desparate finish my last exam, which I got 7 weeks for, also attending another course and the hights of running a family life is really leaving me No me time lately. I'm thinking about John, You and other Boardies every day............ I think as the weather had changed for the better, people had decided to spend more time outside in the fresh air or underwater in their pool, in this case we need to discover a laptop which is "waterproof", so people will Not have any excuses 2 avoid us........

Hey, good to see you girls! - *waves at Napsi and Jenny* Good luck with your studies!! @ Jenny - See you on Wednesday, wenn's warm ist vielleicht doch lieber irgendwo draußen. Okay, as for the other missing ones... let's blame it on the (good) weather... speaking of which, I'm just back from a beautiful night out seeing violinist David Garrett 'open air' here in Berlin, playing an amazing two and a half hour set with his band and a big orchestra while the sun set gorgeously on the horizon (as cheesy as it might sound, but it was THAT nice.) Really took my breath away, especially when he opened the night with Led Zep's "Kashmir", making his way through the crowd from the top of the arena to the stage. He did many classical pieces as well as Rock song covers, what a truly talented artist. Sorry for running on, guess I'm a little spellbound... still... www.youtube.com/watch?v=69i39fpMrYw

Okay, as for the other missing ones... let's blame it on the (good) weather... Hey Girlies, I'm here! Waving at everyone! I've been missing y'all a lot! Unfortunately, the unbearably hot and sticky FLA weather hasn't been keeping me away, work has! I have been very busy with the new job! LIFE GETS IN THE WAY! Even though I've been away, I've though of you gals often. Hope y'all are having great summers in your respective corners of the world. It's funny how I even though I haven't met any of y'all in person, that y'all are often with me. Certain songs on the radio make me think of y'all! Keri, any time I hear the Bee Gees, I think of you! Any time I hear Nirvana, I think of you, Jadie! Anyway, there I go rambling again! My long way of saying, "Been missin' y'all!" Good luck with your classes, Keri! Seriously AMAZING video, Jadie! Thanks for posting that beautiful version of Kashmir! Really LOVELY! WOW! David Garrett is really talented! Man, he can play! Sidebar: Could he be any easier on the eyes???!!!!! ;D Is it REALLY HOT in here or is that just moi? No wonder you're still spellbound from that concert, Jadie! ;D

Oh, and I saw the Facebook pictures of you in the pool - COOL. I admit I'm envious too. Okay, as for the other missing ones... let's blame it on the (good) weather... Hey Girlies, I'm here! Hi Missy, great to see you back, been missing you (and thinking of you) too! Thanks for this sign of life (even if the latter gets in the way sometimes ). Seems all is going well with your new job, as busy as it might keep you. No wonder you're still spellbound from that concert, Jadie! ;D I was just about to write "He is more than 300 years old and a Stradivari", but then it dawned on me that you were probably talking about the man rather than the violin. Of course, easy on the eyes, but as always, it's all about the music ( ) and this guy is amazingly talented and at the same time as unpretentious as it gets. Can't get his version of "November Rain" out of my head ever since I heard it on Monday: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fVD_RV7Ch8(sound quality bad, sorry)

Hello girls, another one missing person here, LOL! I'd wish I could say I'm off because I found a job or enjoying holidays on the pool, but the truth is we're waiting for the man who should connect internet at home, and I think he's lost because we're waiting for a week As said on facebook, missing you all a lot, my dear lovely Garriboardies, there's no day without thinking of all of you. Missing to talk and laugh here... And of course to know what's John working on Spending the time listening Above The Cosmos and Departures, but also listening the old demos and HTTD, enjoying again Broken Dolls songs, making some CD's with mixed songs.... And of course, counting days since the last time in London But in the other hand, I'm here for a while, I'm in Alicante, and although I have a lot of "family&friends appointments" I found a little free time to say hello to you It makes me so happy to see that you're still here (glad to see you around Keri and Kitine in Facebook!), and more happy after reading what Napsi posted on Facebook: Coventry show??? WOW!!! I'll try to make it, no doubt!!! Never the aftershow garrison blues has been so long Sorry for the long and boring text PS: I hate summer - more in Alicante...... Anyone wants to exchange a sunny and wet day for a rainy and windy one pleaaaaaaase??? ;D

Hi Lucy, glad to see you're back! Fingers crossed for the internet at home - I couldn't imagine being without internet for so long. Hope you enjoy being in Alicante anyway. I wouldn't really want to swap places with you - I couldn't do with too much sun as I have to stay indoors anyway.
By the way it would be great if you could make it to Coventry as I really want to go there as well... then we could finally meet!

According to the calendar on his official website, John is going to play a gig with Newton Faulkner in Leamington (support act I guess?). The gig is sold out, so let's hope that there will be lots of new fans for John
