When will you make a new record John? Cosmos is a masterpiece. Thanks I will start in September but have no idea when it will be finished.

What's the most personal song on 'Above the Cosmos'? After being asked to play bass for Blunty, how long did it take you to make a decision? Some hours, some days, some weeks??? I heard you speaking English (with a really nice accent), and Spanish (which sounded pretty good) - Do you speak German as well by any chance??? What does "talking slap or 6 string" mean?? "Shadow". This was a very tough song to write and even tougher to leave on my record. It's probably the most personal and sad song I have ever written. As soon as I got the call No German. A little French but not much It refers to the technique of bass playing that I really don't like. For me bass is there to make a song better. Unfortunately there are many bass players out there that would rather do away with the rest of the band completely. They are the ones who usually play 6 string or slap bass (I was one in my teens)

John, do you like chocolate? or cookies? Chocolate chip cookies? What instrument do you write on? x Not really a sweet tooth man. Much more a savory one. Piano or guitar. Tracks 1,2,5,8,11,12 on piano, the rest on guitar on Cosmos

Is there any video footage out there of the extended version of 'Censored Memories', Budapest used to play at the end of their gigs??? I don't have it. Maybe someone out there does. Great version though. Wish I'd made the record that way but unfortunateley the idea came later

Hey John, another question for you (sorry, I hope you don't mind, it's already been so nice of you to answer all the other ones and I know you're busy!!). It's mainly referring to this forum, I noticed that you are online from time to time for some minutes and I just wondered which threads you are catching up with in that time do you have any favourites? Thank you.

Some more questions... if you have time again someday. 1) What was the first song you considered to be your favourite song? 2) Is there any song you wish you'd have written? 3) Any songs you sing along if you are alone but would never ever do if you were in public because they're too embarrassing or something? 4) I love to travel and love England... so if I ever travelled to Leamington Spa, which I would really like to do, would you act as a tourist guide?? Or do you have any insider suggestions for sights?
