ugh, that makes me think I have less days than expected for going to Sunderland, and I don't want to go (only the 10% of me wants to go in fact...) anyway, I bring some drinks today. I'm unofficially engaged ;D

Good for you Lucy!!!
I am too excited about our holiday weekend here in the states this weekend...anyone have any great plans?
We just had our new pool installed and all filled up ready for the summer...lots of margaritas at my place! ;D
Nothing like taking a midnight swim in the dead of summer!

Thanks so much everybody for the kind comments (and sorry for being disappeared during these days). It's an unofficial engagement because he doesn't want to tell anybody because there isn't a ring (yet), and he says " I'd like to make this thing right". I only hope he won't go to my dad to ask permission, LOL! And I'd lie if I tell you I don't care what my parents will say... But I'm deadly happy anyway! I've been reading all your posts and it smells like summer in the air of this board. In fact, it looks like Jade has already started the holidays, LOL! Good for you!! How was Ibiza? Congratulations to Gray for finishing school! Don't think too much, it's not good, just do what you like and give a break to your mind Keri, I was killed by that image of the pool with margaritas in a midnight summer (dream?) Hope you enjoy it a lot! Have a safe journey, Kati, and enjoy your stay in Dublin! Hope you have a lot of fun there. I understand very well how you feel when you're not from one country/city/place but it feels like home. As one song said "...Home is where the heart is..." (long live Travis!) My plans for this summer (August only bloody bosses....) are 15 days in Madrid, 15 days in Alicante. I want Madrid, my boyfriend (should I say fiancé? Ugh! Sounds so serious!) wants beach (bleh!), and probably we'll go as well to London for 4 days from 2nd to 5th of July ;D still working on it, I have to prepare a great lie for my bosses, shhAny suggestion?

The best one I can come up with is food poisoning. Just make sure to tell everyone that your boyfriend is taking you out for seafood on the night before you want to leave. Then nobody will question it when you call in with food poisoning the next morning! If you work with all men, you could claim something 'feminine' like endometriosis or something like that. :oNobody would ask for details on something like that!!
