I just need to know. I love all animals, and last time I went food shopping I bought Peanuts for the squirrels in my back yard. So I go out today and throw some over to a squirrel a few feet away. He sees it drop, and still searches for food. So I throw another one....it hits his own tail, STILL doesn't see it......well DUH! Hello? Are they really THAT stupid?
We are in the mist of a HUGE thunderstorm.....flash flooding all that jazz, and just before the downpour there I am throwing peanuts to a squirrel looking for food.....does he see it? Nope!
hehe... So if you were in the supermarket wondering what to eat today, you would simply buy and cook whatever I put in your basket??? Perhaps the little guy/girl wasnt interested in peanuts....

hahaha your squirrel reminds me of the swan that followed me today, I tried to scare it by throwing small pieces of wood at it as it approached but it didn't even notice... lol Trinity!! ;D ;D

OK, I think maybe the squirrel is a little brighter then I.....I was outside offering up peanuts, I get inside to a TORNADO warning, and to stay in the house! But NOOOOOOOOOOOO there I am feeding anything stray, lost or hungry!
Flakie....we are NICE to birds.......no throwing things at them!
My hermit crab actually surprised me yesterday. I gave them both a bath, and now that the one felt fresh he was ready to roll....he climbed up the back of the cage....next time I looked over, he had climbed across the lid and was standing on top of the cage...so I put him on my bed and let him run around. Totally cute.
Haven't seen a squirrel today though. I just went out to look!
