The concert starts at 7pm, am I wrong?
I don't know what time we should meet to pick up the tickets, what did you do the previous concert at Water Rats?

Hope She'll get back to me about it, soon.
Elodie/ my French friend / is coming too, she was there at the Water Rats in July.
Counting the days down now very, very impatiently: 6,5,4,3,2,1, Blast off!
What time will every1 get there?
Should we grab something to eat beforehand?
We might have to sit in somewhere to pass the time, especially if it rains.

I don't know what time we should meet to pick up the tickets, what did you do the previous concert at Water Rats? Last time at the Water Rats we didn't need to actually pick up our tickets beforehand as there was a list with names that got crossed off upon arrival and we got a wristband in return. In July we did meet at the venue at 5pm (while John and the boys happened to be inside doing the sound check  ). I thought that this was a good choice as far as time and meeting point go. If you all agree, we could do it the same way again this time around?!? I'm sooooo looking forward to seeing you all (again) and truly hope that Kati and Flakie do find a way to make it to the show, too! Buzzing with excitement! Won't be long now!!!!!  ;D ;D |

Ok, I'll be there at 5pm! I'm soooooooo impatient! Lots to do still till Mon as my little girl turns 6 and we'll have 43 kids at her party/ well it's a joint 1. in order to relieve the stess, I've just've booked myself into have some highlights done& cut & blow-dry 4 the special day. That is if I've got any hair left after this B'day party/
I' haven't heard anything from Kati YET............

Tee hee...I can't help but giggle a little because, while watching everyone making plans to go to London this summer to buy Johns new CD........... all I can picture is John meeting us all in an obscure back ally somewhere, selling CDs out of a paper bag. Like we're a bunch of crackheads looking for our next fix!!!  ;D. A bunch of music junkies we are!! Ohhh, I love how you put this, devlin.... it's exactly that!!! ... and then after we got the CD out of the paper bag, us heading straight for the next CD Player, almost dying in those moments of aching anticipation when your whole body knows that until the record starts to spin you can never be satisfied!!! Oh Lord, how long.... ;D ;D By the way, I just love those little white pills they keep giving me. But why am I tied to the bed? ... crazy is the new sane... Not that I'd have anything against the back alley version (quite the opposite)... But seriously, I'm fairly certain that copies of Departures will be sold at the gig. Maybe we'll have to wait until midnight and it will feel like on New Year's eve with champagne corks popping as the countdown reaches ZERO. ;D Ready for take-off... is it Nov, 10th yet??? Me too, ha ha ha! That's why I'm a bit worried about airport control... Unluckily it isn't a life-sized cardboard cutout of John (but it's a good idea ;D ), and not, it's either a JG Ken ROFL! You'll see Friday... Less than 24 hours to go to the airport, and my suitcase is still empty! Don't feel like doing that, LOL I'm feeling just a bit down, when you're happy and you're waiting for THE day, there's something always going wrong at the end... I need a concert right now to cheer me up, and a Let's Run/Censored Memories/Happy Hour to take out all bad thoughts! That's the best shock therapy, the best medicine in these cases... At least I have Clock Face (my Prozac pill done in music) on repeat on Morty, while I wait for Monday to come... |
