So I smiled and waved at him and even though he probably didn't know who I was, he smiled and waved back ( or should I rather make this: even though he KNEW who I was he smiled and waved back?  ) LOL @ you Jade... ;D Shortly after that I went downstairs to the restroom and couldn't quite believe what I heard. "I Leave On Friday" coming out from behind a mysterious door in the basement. I stood there listening without making a sound, I think I didn't even breathe. ... Sorry for my extensive description, but for some reason it was quite overwhelming and a moment I'll never forget. LOL again... Now I picture us all down at the restrooms before the actual gig the next time John plays at the H2O ;D I was completely enthralled from start to end and even forgot to call Kati to let her listen to one of the songs. Just too great a performance, very moving and captivating. Once again: thanks for thinking of me  Afterwards we finally got to buy the oh so impatiently awaited Departures album, sold by John's beautiful assistant.  ;D After saying Goodbye (the staff had already started to clean up the place, LOL), all of us diehard Garrison fans were making plans how to achieve the 20,000 copies goal (that would be 2000 items for each of us ;D). puh.... that's a lot... I've only got two of my 2000 CDs *rofl* though the second one is still on it's way to me... wonder how long it will take... it's a long way from Portland to Germany ;D... Might get a third copy soon... my bfs mum asked me yesterday whose album it is that I'm listening to ALL DAY LONG ;D if she's a nice mum she might get it for christmas ;D Thanks for the reviews girls & THANK you so much for your videos Lucy... will have a look at them now thanks thanks thanks |

Thanks to all who left a review! I really enjoyed reading your accounts of the days events! Was really lovely! and Lucy, your pics were really cool! Loved the ones of St John's Woods! If I ever get back to London, I will go there first! It's really pretty! Thanks for shareing! This is what I thought it meant: im-pu-dent /ˈɪmpyədənt/ [im-pyuh-duhnt] –adjective 1. of, pertaining to, or characterized by impertinence or effrontery: The student was kept late for impudent behavior. 2. Obsolete. shameless or brazenly immodest. Maybe it was Karl, Beardy and Malcolm being impertinent and brazenly immodest? ? Not you gals??? ;D ROFL!!! |
