It appears you are a guitarist!? Did you cover this song or any other Garrison tune? And if so, is there a chance we could hear/see your version??

Hi Jade! Thanks for reply, is a great new feeling to talk with fas of Garrison, is a pleasure.
And I not reaaallly a guitarist but, I say that I could play any song that I really want, you just need to have time, patience, and listen a million times repeatedly the same song..

Is so dificult to choose one song from Departures.. it's a masterpiece.. Cold Coffee, Lost, 2nd For The 1st Time, Let's Run, So Close.. sorry Jade, it's impossible.. What's your favourite?

Hi Gustavojohns, soooo nice to hear from you!
I too think it's great to have this board - a place to talk to people like you (and the other lovely Garriboardies) who are equally impressed with John Garrison's work and who share the same passion for his wonderful music. What makes it all the more enjoyable is that the 'man himself' still keeps an interest in what is going on here, answers our questions personally and takes the time to chat to us fans after his gigs. Not only a hugely talented musician/singer/songwriter but also the most personable and down to earth artist I've ever had the pleasure to share his music with.

I'm totally with you... It's indeed impossible to choose just one song. Actually every track on Departures is my favourite until the next one comes on. Really hard to single out a certain song... but if I HAD to make a choice, my Top 3 would be:

Go - Cold Coffee- Footprints - from Departures

Happy Hour - Shadow - Abdicate - from Above The Cosmos

Clock Face - Say Something Wonderful - Questions - from Head Towards The Dawn

Censored Memories - Evade The Pain - Nothing New - from Too Blind To Hear

Of course, I have listened to all these demos for days on end (and still do so), they're all brilliant. As for the demos, it's even harder to narrow it down to just one or three favs. Would be a whole lot easier if I simply named the very few songs I'm not that fond of... anyway, I posted my personal ranking of 'songs I couldn't live without' about a year ago, hasn't changed since I think:
