Hello, it's been a while - I've missed you, you know. Good to see you, Matt. gonna go for a new approach on some stuff w/ johnny. next project likely won't be as long as the previous 2. lookin at making 2 eps as opposed to another massive album. hope to start this winter when he's on blunty breaks. Yay, two EP's!!! The story to be continued... looking forward to this with anticipated pleasure. Is it winter yet in NYC?? ;D PS: some old some new, all honest and true. Wasn't it actually "Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue"? But maybe that's another story...  |

Can't wait for the EPs  I think I've got almost everything, so if anyone wants a song, I can upload it to rapidshare as I did with a Budapest demo for Jade Thanks... do you by chance have any of the songs on the old EPs... e.g. Reading, Writing & Arithmetic? Or some live versions - I think I read something about a live version of Life Gets In The Way on the old Budapest message board?! |

I have an awful lot of his unreleased demos, but probably not everything, and i play them all the way through all the freaking time... much more than his album releases even! Are we allowed to share these online, does anyone know? I'd happily break out a website for it! |

Hi guys
I'm glad my old songs are still being played and hopefully enjoyed
But I would rather not have old demos being shared around. Purely because they are demos and as such, are not finished and just musical ideas. All my songs will hopefully some day be finished and recorded properly. (one of the 4 listed much sooner than you think....he he). My demos I record at home and are in an unfinished state.
I can't and won't stop you sharing if you really want to and I am still very flattered if you do. But just be aware that they are not finished and will probably appear someday completely different to these demos.

A lot of musicians would not be so nice. I completely understand not wanting the work to be out there before it is complete, though. It's just a long, hard wait for the next Garrison baby and some Garrison gigs, John! I don't know what the other Garriboardies have been doing lately but without any live Garrison, I've resorted to attending golf tournaments while waiting for some Garrison gigs! The PGA Tourney was almost as great as a Garrison gig... A close 2ND, to Johnny Gee live, I'll say!Sergio smiled at me and G-Mac waved at me (or he could have been waving at the kids next to me; I don't know), but that was still not as exciting as a Garrison gig and being a total spaz when meeting John! ;D Waiting on New Garribabies, Missy XOXO |

The new versions of these old songs are all brilliant. It's really impressive, because after years of listening to them in their unfinished form, you'd think you get used to it and not like the new version; but I can only say they turned out amazing.
