As most of you have probably already seen, John has posted the new songtitles on his blog recently. New song titles:Sale Of The Century Where Love Lies Bleeding In A City Encore Encore Small Neighbourhood MindReading Tied To The Railway Line (working Title) GhostMaker Also, a nice shot, stolen from the Blog:  Just reading the names of the songs and knowing John is already hard at work on his new babies and, in between all his touring with Blunty, even going to record the new material sometime soon, gets me all excited again. I just can't wait!!!! How about you? |

Same here. Can't wait for the new songs, and hopefully some gigs as well. Although this year I have attended/will attend quite a few amazing gigs, it makes me a bit sad that John has not announced any gigs yet... and maybe won't as he's busy touring with James.

Please Don't give up on Johnny yet, gray. I'm pretty sure that Johnny'll be making an appearance later this year. Well I pretty hope so that is. We need to wait for Johnny's newbies for a bit longer I guess. Mr perfectionist knows when to make a grand appearance and I hope it'll be in the very near future too.

I'm just counting the minutes back to Blast- Off really Jadie. I know this very Special time'll come pretty soon but I just can't contol my impatience. It's like my cyounger daughter Isabelle- counting the days to her next Birthday, the day after her Birthday. I feel like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde....................

Just reading this thread gets me all excited. I just moved recently and I haven't had internet in over a month... so coming back online to be reading this is GREAT! With this new album... I've told John a million times that he should release Before I Fall Apart, that is, if his album is going to contain epic wonders  Who's with me on that? And if John comes within 500 kilometers of Chicago, I'm totally there! |

I have! Sooo cute. And the new picture there is just as lovely - a mischivous smiling Viktor in 'black&white'. I wonder if Tom the Lion took that one too when they were in the studio. Actually, I'm fairly certain John's new record is going to contain epic wonders... or little wonders... or totally different wonders from what we would expect... in any case, it's all fine with me. I just can't wait to hear what he's coming up with. As for Before I Fall Apart, this one ranks pretty high on my list of favourites, but if I'm completely honest I'm more than happy with the demo version (although I see that not everyone is as lucky to actually have it), means I'd rather hear some totally new songs on the next album/EP. I had hoped for 'After You Left' and 'Lonely Souls of NY' though, because they're just fantastic songs that sounded amazing at the live shows. Maybe they're on the list, but got renamed - Who knows. Ohhh, the wait.... And if John comes within 500 kilometers of Chicago, I'm totally there! ... and if he comes within - let's say 2000 kilometers of Berlin - I'm totally there too. ;D ;D ;D |

But sadly Before I Fall Apart, Lonely Souls, After You Left have not been recorded. (sorry Nate, I know I promised)
It's a new direction for me and I'm SO excited about it and can't stop writing new songs. I have revisited some old songs but probably not the ones you would expect. It will all make sense in the end but its a while off completion yet. The Blunty schedule means time is limited.

I think just like Jade really!! I don't know if John knows, but he has fans in Brazil, and I always try to show them all his songs! and they always ask if there is a new album, we are waiting for a new one, but we understand you are busy but please John just keep working on it! because we love your songs!

Sorry girls, but I understand when they album is out that John will have some shows in the UK, etc..but i feel so upset because i can never go  i live in Brazil, I just can be in the UK sometimes, and John is in Brazil only with James, but I understand, but my dream is to go one day to watch JOHN! I like James but i wanna hear John singing that is so sad, but i'll wait and see what happens, ok...sorry girls for my '' :S comment '' |
