Nice gig the other night. Really cool little venue and a great sound.
Here was my set;
Bugs To The Light Convincing Myself Abdicate Walking On Broadway Carousel When The Lights Go Out Testimony Born To Run
Thanx to all that came out to see me.
Much appreciated
Love John

no, come to London or European mainland first... Rockwood was great, but don't think I can get that easily to NY again.... just take your guitar with you to Belgium in July, there will prolly be some people willing to sit around a campfire hearing you play after mr. JB has played his set.....

Start scoping out the small places.....if they look good, start asking them to get em there.....if ya put enough pressure, they may book him, and we can get John and his music out there.
It all starts with us, his fans. Word of mouth will sell more then any marketing out there......
Do I have to start making John Garrison t shirts now? (Flashbacks to when another singer by the initials of JB wasn't here in the states yet, and I was one of the first to push doors down to get him here...had to make my own gear too! Here we go again!!!)

LOL....OK Deal...you take Europe, I take the states!
OOO pics? I took video of his gig in NYC....I didn't want to bother him with my flash, so my pics are useless!

that is why I am not sure my pics will be any good... didnt use flash either, since Rockwood is not happy with flashlights... considering the space, i can imagine, you would immediately blind the people on stage using flash. So used a 400 film and set diafragma to 3.5, which should make up for some lack of light. But only the prints will tell will post on myspace if they are any good... loraline_nl

I think cause he lives in NY it's easier for him to pick up a gig in a moments notice...however if I find out he did a NY gig without a heads up, I will hurt him! (lol)

perhaps, but London is great on music events as well.. enough pubs there where he could play and has played in the past.. after all, he is originally british and most likely will visit friends in the UK when he can... So I am hoping for London or somewhere closer to where I live, I won't be able to get that many days off from work the coming months. Therefore something close to home is easier than taking a 3 or 4-days trip to somewhere on the globe

Start scouting out the places.....email them, get your friends to email them asking if they can get John there.
