a few more hours before I go to the airport... Am I happy to go... it is cold and rainy here and apparently Athens has a nice spring climate of 18 degrees C as we speak... |

Hello all.. arrived in Athens yesterday 1400hrs local time.. walking around town a bit to see the environment, went to sleep early. Got up today, going out and exploring the sites.. walked downtown Athens all day, visiting the ruins of the Zeus Temple and walking through the National garden.. Perhaps the only day of the year, today the Parthenon/acropolis site was closed because of a strike... so didnt make it there yet. But tomorrow is a new day, so will prolly get there before I get home already have some great pics, but will put them up later And will of course try to make as many great pics of the concert and John as possible  xx lydia |

will do, will do... hope they do come out after the show or give me a backstage pass but there are 14 boardies sofar going to the concert, so I doubt we will all get invited... I hope to see some of the JB board before the concert, havent heard where they are yet. Will check on the JB boards later tonight, perhaps some found an internet cafe to post their whereabouts But will give our bassplayer hugs from all of us, you can be sure of that |
