depends on what you want I stayed at the camden hostel last time, this time I will stay at the Hammersmith.. hostel, so a dorm with a few more people But linnen and breakfast included, so I will start my day with a full stomach. Also, Hammersmith and Camden hostel from the ST Christophers hostelgroup are both situated near the tube, so it is easy to travel to and from Prices range from app. 12 to 20 euros per night/bed, depending on the size of the dorm. I pay 16 euro for a 6-people dorm with ensuite bathroom.. But it just depends on the luxury you want

Not luxury this time, ha ha! I was looking for hostels too, and, if all we be in London the same amount of days, I even think about booking all together the same bedroom in a hostel, I think that would be cheap... But I don't know if everybody is going to be in London the same time and/or wants to sleep in a budget hostel...
What do you think, girls???

Anyone planning on going? I saw the announcement on Monday, sometime around midnight... had the flights booked about 10 minutes later... got my job commitments sorted out yesterday... and ordered the ticket today. So, yes, I think I'm planning on going. LOL ;D Oh well, I like to live in Berlin, too & I like to earn proper money 'cause then I would definitely come, too! Looks not too good at the moment for me as there are no flights leaving the airport I used to fly to London back in July but as that's the nearest & therefore the cheapest for me... I'll have to think about it again... Berlin would be the nearest airport now but I would need about two hours to get there (plus petrol and costs for parking at the airport plus a CAR - if mine won't be ready till then which is quite likely to happen ) I'll see what happens but would be great to see you all (again)...

Anyone knows if Flakie will go this time? I think now she can because she's 18, isn't she? ;D Then everybody have a hotel yet (except Kitine and me)? Looking prices in hostels, all them around 20-30€ per night and person. No more than 40€ if it's a private room in a hostel, for 2 people (or for even 3 people in some cases). As usual, it's more expensive when you book a room in weekend, and when there are less people in the room. Almost ready my planning for those days: King Cross train station (I've just seen some pics and it's SO beautiful ), Abbey Road, Westminster area (Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye...), Piccadilly Circus, Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall and if it's more free time, Notting Hill and a short walk on Kensington area. ;D ;D

Good luck Kati, and I'm glad for everyone who's going! Well, I'm back home now... I LOVED Nerina's gig. She sang all of my favourites and also three Elton John songs. I liked the support act, too - the 14-year-old Isaac Evans, who got the support slot because of a radio competition. The support act the night before was Jerseybob, who has already played in Eisenach... Nerina was glad to see us and still remembered me We had a nice chat and although she was told to hurry as she still had an appointment or something, she did take her time to talk to everyone and have photos taken. By the way I loved her outfit... don't have many pictures, but will upload the few I have soon!

That sounds nice I think she's very stylish, she knows how to wear. Are you coming to John's concert in London, or maybe not because of the classes?

Hello from Coventry! Seeing Paul was awesome!! He dedicated 'Find the right preacher' to me which was really nice. Also talked to him for a while. And I finally got his new EP which he signed. By the way someone chatted me up and then went to see the gig with me... resulted in me not having to pay for drinks and he even drove me to my hotel (which is in the middle of nowhere really... when I asked at the reception desk how to get to the bus station they were like 'half an hour away if you walk'..). By the way Nerina will be playing in leamington too
