I'M COMING !!! ;D ;D ;D I've just bought my ticket for the gig!!! (thank you Loraline for the link) My drum's teacher is going to take my Eurostar ticket for me (special price, less than the one I could have found, but I don't know yet how much). I'll arrive on Thursday at 14:34 and leave on Friday morning at 06:26. Now, I have to find some cheap accommodation. @ Loraline & Jade : where are you going to stay? CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!! I promise you a complete review with pictures, videos and everything. I really would have liked to meet you all in this occasion

I'm neither Loraline nor Jade but I can tell you where Loraline is staying anyway, as we are staying in the same place - a cheap hostel called St. Christopher's Camden on Camden High Street Good to here that you are coming too, Kitine

I think that I'm going to book a room in the Excelsior hotel (www.excelsiorhotel.co.uk) It's really near the venue and also near St Pancras Station Does someone want to share room with me?

I am so happy for all of you who get to go to these upcoming gigs...and also [glow=green,2,300]green with envy[/glow]! All of us fans here in the states will be living vicariously through all of you! John, I can't express how thrilling it is for me when you actually answer our questions! If I ever see you in person, I'm way too shy to actually approach you or say anything , so this is as close as I'll ever get to talking to you. I hope you know how much you're appreciated. Thank you so much, Devlin @ devlin...if we are ever at the same gig together I will drag you up to John just so you can say "Hi"...trust me...it's a once in a lifetime experience and I wouldn't want you to have any regrets! Hey Devlin, I'm chicken too... LOL! Never had a chance to meet him but I had a deer in headlights moment with both Karl and John at Blunty's O2 gig... Though they probably don't remember... I was filming away with my little video when I caught Karl's eyes. I would have smiled or something but I just froze. I seriously could NOT move! Then my gaze caught John's and I seriously spazzed out... I don't know why, really. I guess because he's way too cute... I sound like a teenager I know! HA! HA! I just stood there like an idiot... I don't think he or I knew what to do... I think that I made him nervous, as I was just standing there staring with my camera, because he started fiddling with his tie and he looked down... ROFL! Here's the video... Check out Karl @ 0:57and John @ 1:19... ROFL! Sorry, Boys!!!! Didn't mean to make y'all nervous! I normally don't have that effect on men or act like a teenager around them... Just English Rock stars! www.youtube.com/watch?v=kff8sM5I9vE

Well...if we are all going to tell our stories of how we have made complete and total fools of ourselves around John...I'll tell you mine... After they finished the gig here in OKC my girlfriend and I headed up to get another beer when we saw a few people over to the side of the deck...we headed over and one of the JB boardies (JamesIsMyHomie) told me that the boys may come out...so we decided to skip Sheryl Crow and hang out. John was the first to come out...and like a blubbering idiot, the only thing I could manage to muster to say was "Are you guys going out tonight?"...like he'd tell me where they were going if they were...right? Then I asked "Where are you guys headed next?"...like I didn't know. I'm sure John was thinking "Stop asking me all these idiotic questions and get on with the autographs". (I really didn't care what the answers were...I just wanted to hear him talk...you know we love to hear that accent...LOL ) Then two girls came up with their camera and asked if I would take a picture of them with John...I said "Sure". Then they posed for the picture and I swear I couldn't get the camera to take the picture...it took like three times before that d**n thing would flash...I can only imagine that John was thinking "Get on with it, Lady...I don't have all day"...LOL! But like the gentlemen he is...he just stood there until I pulled my head out of my arse and snapped the picture. I'm sure he was relieved when he walked away thinking..."These d**n American women are a bunch of idiots"...LOL!!! Even though I made a complete and total fool of myself...I will always remember that encounter and cherish it for the rest of my life. ;D ;D ;D ;D

LOL, Loraline... Yes, I was front row, dead center. Too funny we were both that close.
ROFL @ Kerpea!!!!!!!! LOVE yout meeting John story! You "pulled a Miss Alabama," as it is known amongst my friends... Any time that you are a total spaz to the point that that it is beyond absurd... that's a Miss Alabama moment. I know what you mean about the English accents... They are like catnip for American girls... LOL! I recently gave one of my friends a copy of "Head towards the Dawn" and his comment was, "What's with you and English rockers?" I said, "I don't know. It must be the accents."
ROFL @ Kati... I'm no Berkeley sugar Mama... HA! Y'all can find me having thingytails at the blue bar anyway! LOL!
I think Lucy is right, he probably wouldn't love NYC so much if he didn't find us Americans fun or entertaining at least.
AW!! Poor Flakie!!! I'm sure that we could find you a fake id somewhere. Actually, my driver's license expired last week and I am waiting on my new one to arrive... Though as a 17-year-old, curly-haired, redhead from Germany, I don't know if you could pass for a 35 year old, straigt-haired, brunette from Alabama... LOL! There I go corrupting a minor! Sorry! I should be setting a better example since I am old enough to be your mother... Though I didn't have sex in high school, so not technically... That's probably too Much information, I know! Sorry!
