Have you ever broken a bone?
(yeah, I'm a spaz. I was at my friends drinking yesterday, and decided it would be really smart to dive off the board, I hit the water at a bad angle, and cracked my nose, and both arms are nice and bruised....Duh! Drinking and a diving board...DON'T mix!)

omg... Get well soon Ellen, that sounds terrible!!! *hugs*
I think John broke his leg in Spain once, shortly before Christmas some years ago... I'm not sure but I think I read it somewhere...

Hi John, I'm not less annoying I'm afraid... some more questions - ( woohoo ) Which Blunt song do you enjoy the most to play live at the gigs?? And if you were to cover one of James' songs what would it be?? Were there other jobs you have done before you became a full-time musician?? I've been really busy writing over the summer in France and at home and have an album of new songs. I have been writing in a new way which I am totally in love with. Completely naked (the songs not me) and without adding any instruments other than what the song was written on. It has made me focus on lyrics and natural dynamics rather than adding loads of instruments to sign post changes. Do you still write your songs that way?? THANK YOU!! J. xx

Hey Where did you get Kid Rock's go kart from and how did you manage to crash it?? What's the funniest thing that happened to you on tour? How much time do you have to work on your own songs between the shows? And where do you prefer to write down your lyrical ideas, alone or in company? Sorry I'm curious today... hope your hand is feeling better x

I know you are in a relationship, but this little quote painted me some uncensored pics in mind....

I know you are in a relationship, but this little quote painted me some uncensored pics in mind.... .... one thing I know for sure... as for the (uncensored) image of him writing the songs "the other way round" that would make ME focus on anything but on lyrics... 'natural dynamics'... maybe ;D

Ok..... ;D What was your inspiration for Abdicate? I'd really like to know more about the song :-) x Abdicate is all about that moment when you suddenly realise you are not in control of a relationship anymore and you are at the mercy of the other person. It's a beautiful time but also very scary.

I actually have a real question..... OK, so....I get jetlagged from Daylight savings time, so how do YOU deal with all these time zones, and time differences, with all the traveling you do? Is your inner clock all screwed up? My body clock broke years ago. You learn to grab sleep when and wherever you can on the road. As most song ideas come in the night anyway, I've never really been a normal sleeper
