It's that time again... Apparently John's getting into 'Some Kind Of Trouble', touring with James Blunt from February to April 2011. First the UK, then it's Europe. Presale started today and I ordered some great tickets for the shows in Berlin and Hamburg. WooooooooHooooo! Can't wait to see my hands down favourite artist bassing for Blunty!! Anyone else ordered their tickets yet?? **************************************************** I didn't play for James to get myself more fans but am thankful that it has, although I don't like to mix the 2. @ John - If you'd rather keep those 'day-jobs' off the boards, feel free to delete this thread. Then again, I have a feeling it's inevitable there'll be some pics, videos and reviews popping up once you're on this Highway To... whatever... ;D Speaking of pics, I think this one is really nice: "Baby I can see your halo, pray it won't fade away..." lalala...

Hey Mrs Beaumont, reading your post, got me nearly fainted.....Quotes- " I can hardly wait to put my hands down................................well, my bloodpressure is Back where it suppose to be ( phew) and I've just plucked up the courage to continue reading it further. I get really confused seeing John and James singing from the same Hymnsheets, but I can't help thinking that we should draw the line between them. I feel pretty gr8 listening to James's new tunes but it doesn't help me overcome this silly feeling inside that I'm letting John down at the same time, not realizing that John's actually playing a big part in Blunty's success! Hope this fame goes further and rubbs on2 John 2. The more country they're visiting the larger variety of audience's expected to sus out John's music to which gives him the chance to let himself known and get some extra funding in for his 3rd album. Can't wait to see him in Coventry in just 22 days time-3wks+1day!!!!!!! Enjoy your gigs Jadie. Are u contemptlating coming over and do a few gigs with us too? ?

Hey Mrs Beaumont, reading your post, got me nearly fainted.....Quotes- " I can hardly wait to put my hands down................................well, my bloodpressure is Back where it suppose to be ( phew) and I've just plucked up the courage to continue reading it further. Laughing out loud as I read your words, Napsi. I'm sorry it got you nearly fainted, that wasn't my intention I swear. ;D Should have made it hands-down-favourite artist to avoid confusion. Can't wait to see him in Coventry in just 22 days time-3wks+1day!!!!!!! I totally agree, it would be great if as many people as possible got to know about John's incredible solo work just like we did about 3 years ago. To know his music is to love it, if only it wasn't so hard to get it out without the backing from a (major) record label. As for James and John "singing from the same hymnsheets", I know exactly what you mean. Last time I saw James and John together on stage was in Prague, Oct. 08 - by then I hadn't experienced a Garrison solo gig. By now I have been to 8 of John's shows and got to know what he's capable of as a performer. So I imagine seeing him in the rear, supporting someone else will feel pretty strange now (maybe like when you have David Beckham in the team but they make Rob Green perform the free kicks. ) Anyway, I'm also very much looking forward to hearing what Mister Blunt has in store for us, it's been a while. Are u contemptlating coming over and do a few gigs with us too? ? I don't think so (although I wish I could). Will have to save the trips that involve flights etc. for the 'closer to my heart' artists. Speaking of which, still not looking good as far as my Coventry plans go. Happy, though, that you'll be there, Napsi, and also Lucy. Have a blast and tell us how it was, please!!!

Bringing the pe-re-launch date of time- travel 4ward 4 u and then there won't be any boundaries in your way to attend our beloved artist Johnny boy's gig in Coventry. Speaking of Mr GARRISON, do u know if Mr Garrison junior'll be attending the gig or not? I've tweeted John but No answer just yet. Well my family will be there and Annamarie her husband and maybe Bagpuss if we're lucky. Haven't heard from Lydia yet. Jenny or Christine won't be able 2 make it either.... What shall I take for John to sign this time? ?/ Any ideas? ?? Can't wait for some news on the Blunty site....................as if? Have a gr8 weekend Ms. Beaumont xxxxxxxxxxx

Sorry to hear you did not get one of those golden tickets, Napsi. Neither did I. Hopefully there'll be some snippets of Blunty's intimate London gig (and the new songs ) popping up on YouTube or elsewhere. In the meantime, this will have to do - Not quite so bass-driven, this tune, but still great to watch ;D : www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5q7ZjFXj6A&feature=related

Glasgow... Preston... Liverpool... someone's getting around quite a little bit! ;D www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-vMCaGZ3IYNow that we all know what vodka with cranberry makes, I wonder what vodka mixed with caffeine will result in... Some kind of trouble... again?? ;D Dangerous stuff, that much is clear!

www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwQBWGewGIkMade me smile when I saw the beginning of this clip and that a guy (?) was holding something that looked like a "Johnny"-sign. Do you, by any chance, know what it said?? hello Jade, not sure where you did see that sign? Hey Loraline, I think I thought I saw a kind of banner that read "Johnny" at the very beginning of the video I posted the link to (see above). I could be wrong, though - Some of us here occasionally DO see things or hear voices that aren't actually there! BTW, "Best Laid Plans" is quite possibly my favourite of the new Blunty tunes so far, not least because of Benny's heavenly approach to the strat or whatever guitar it is. Closely followed by "If Time Is All I Have" which is also a particularly beautiful, yet so very sad song. Such an emotional and incredibly moving performance from James. Loved the backing vocals from the boys too, absolutely gorgeous. Hope it will be part of the set for the upcoming tour. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hxfo61V-U1ICurrently, I'm reading "Different Country, Same State" by Peter Hardy. Really like it, I think it's great - witty, interesting and very entertaining!! Nice pictures - of all the band - as well! (Since the "naked pictures" as officially promised at the Bedford-gig never came, the 'topless shot' will have to do. ) Did anybody else read the book yet???

Hello, hello, turn your radio... no wait... television on... According to Twitter: ... so next stop on the crazy Promotion Marathon for James' new album: The Graham Norton Show this Friday night!!!! www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006xnzc*************************************************** It was only yesterday I stumbled across Blunty's picture diary and saw this lovely photograph. Made me giggle a little - John's kinda looking like the secret love child of these two emoticons: and he does not seem too amused. Maybe it was Cold Coffee but not as good as his own. ... and another shot of Mr Garrison and Mr Brazil ('Duo Infernal'? ) posted on Peter Hardy's Blog yesterday: jamesbluntbook.com/back-to-the-future/"Another big hit in South America for Johnny and Karl - Johnny serving for the match against Nadal and Federer"... Crikey! These guys are in it to win it... anytime, anywhere!!!! ;D ;D ;D

I admit I've lost track somewhere along the way: "...'Cause these guys are just here for their looks..." ;D ;D www.youtube.com/watch?v=SKhS2ktBmDE That's got to be the most musically gifted male-models I've ever seen!!! And one OFF TOPIC: "On the road long before Blunty"... Such a nice picture:
