lol good luck to you! Do you think you could need some company in that area in front of the stage? *cough* ;D Shame that the parking lot wont be that easy to reach in Oberhausen... But maybe we will find some 'guard' to lead us there. (On the other hand, if we already had that 'guard' why would we be so desperate to get into the parking lot... Hmm) ;D ;D

Me neither I'm just pretending I'm actually on a beach at the moment waiting until it's deserted to write something into the sand... It's slowly getting cold though

Hi Loraline Thank you for your advice and help with the link regarding shows in NYC. Will definitely give it a try!!! BTW, your recent MySpace bulletin really made me think. Usually, I'm not someone to cry so easily but as for this one, no way to fight the tears. Violence and abuse towards children is probably the worst thing of all. The message conveyed that way really got through. So very alarming and disturbing and so very, very sad. Will try to forward it as well. "Somewhere over the rainbow..." J. xx

I think that is exactly the reason why I forwarded that bulletin.. I've been lucky to have been raised in a (too) protected environment, but child abuse is something that happens too often and is not always visible. making people aware of what happens out there and perhaps able to recognize the signs is important enough for that bulletin to be forwarded. If it only saves one child from abuse, then it's worth it already @flakie.. will bring the medical papers I got from my doctor... perhaps those can get us to the parking lot and I will of course play the unlucky patient who has trouble walking.... ;D

@flakie good luck with the camera if your old camera can't be fixed, then you can take time to search for a new one... as for this camera, I found some information you might want to read first www.cameras.co.uk/html/smart-zoom.cfmthe pics I make, including the close-up pics are done with a 10mp camera with 5x optical zoom. I rarely use the digital zoom (though that would give me an extra 5x zoom range) since the digital zoom lowers the picture quality Also, the original size of the pics (when I download them to my comp) is app 120 x90 cm. I resize them before uploading them to the internet, but if I wanted, I could print them that big and still have them look sharp. It is more difficult to do that when using digital zoom. My advice would be to visit a shop like mediamarkt and just check the camera while holding it. Test in the store, what kind of results YOU would get when using smartzoom and then decide if that is the camera you want to have. Good luck with your camera-hunt

I was at a mediamarkt ten minutes ago. They tried to convince me to buy the more expensive w170 which I dont really want. My old one is a w35 and I loved it... Thus I'm pretty sure the w120 is the camera I want. Plus I can use all the extra batteries I already own and my four 2GB memory pro duo sticks and the cam looks great. Will have to wait two weeks though until I get paid for my last job

You're right. I think I will buy the more expensive w170 now, 10.3 mega pixels and better optical zoom ;D
