No title for the album yet. The list of songs that will eventually make up John's second solo album has not been finalized as many songs are still being produced. Unlike 'cosmos' this album's concept isn't completely defined. John had a long list of songs, new and old that were chosen and everything is being produced and nurtured and as mixing is completed a vibe is emerging and when the final track list starts present itself. It will lend itself to a title for the album. Any updates on that one?? Of course, I'm not asking for the actual title, I'd rather leave it to John to announce the name of his 2nd solo effort. Just curious if there is a title yet!? |

There is not a title yet.
There are several running themes both on the record and in our lives making it, but alas only Johnny's got the key to what's ultimately happening in his head. No definitive title yet. Not even a finalizing running order...
All I can say is that we are hoping that getting this album and immersing yourself in it should be an experience. We are taking great care in every sonic as well as visual detail to make sure it comes off perfect...

Oh well, maybe I should no longer ask you something, 'cause reading your replies does only make my anticipation and impatience grow (if that's at all possible!)  Truth is, I'm loving your every word regarding the new album, all these updates and interesting bits we'd never get to know without you! We're truly blessed to have you around, Matt, so big thanks again for taking the time.  There is not a title yet. @ Matt John has a private gig on wednesday... is this the pre-presentation of his album, kinda like a try-out? Or is this still something with James Blunt?

It's a private gig for Press. Partly to showcase new material and showcase John to a new audience but also to launch a new hotel or something like that. It's very small. 20-25 people, but all press. Hoping it leads to some writeups and summer shows. |

We r getting close. That's all I can say at this point. Did a certain someone manage to organize his babies into a good and final running order yet??? Is there already a date when the album will be mastered??? Any updates are greatly appreciated, it's been a while, you know! THANK YOU!!! |

Yes very close. Final decision is being made any day now. We think we have cracked the nut. Mastering will happen before May.

It's said that the better the mix, the easier the mastering engineer's job... so, shouldn't be too hard then for Mister Kevorkian to make a great result out of your mixes, right? |

then packaging and replication.
working on scheduling mastering soon. might get it done in UK by the guy who mastering Budapest's first album.
