Wonderful news! My mum wanted to do a city trip (to a city in Scandinavia) on the weekend before her birthday (which is on the 30th of March). How do I get her to make that journey earlier, and to Copenhagen?

From John's Blog: www.britsound.com/interviews/garrisonnewyorkinterview.MP3REALLY GREAT interview form The Living Room! If only they had this kind of interview on MTV instead of "Real World" and "16 and Pregnant" marathons showing 24/7, the music industry would be so great! This is one of the best interviews I have ever heard! The interviewer asked thoughtful and interesting questions and John's responses were incredibly insightful! Of course, the sexy accents didn't hurt the interview either...

I agree, Missy! It was really interesting. There was a nice interview magazine in Germany which featured very good interviews but unfortunately it doesn't exist anymore. Would have been great if they had interviewed John.

This is one of the best interviews I have ever heard! The interviewer asked thoughtful and interesting questions and John's responses were incredibly insightful! Of course, the sexy accents didn't hurt the interview either... Ahhh yesss, dudes with accents are sooo hot, and those that can sing and play guitar... don't get me started.... Particularly good-looking example of this species as follows : Back to the lecture at hand: Indeed, Missy, it's a REALLY GREAT interview!!! I couldn't agree more with John. His take on the music industry in this day and age, the opportunities and pitfalls of getting one's music out via the worldwideweb, the impact of the New Musical Express (somehow I always thought "NME" is sounding like 'Enemy' anyway - Pun intended??), and music being an universal language - that's exactly how I see it. So, thanks John for doing this and thanks to the interviewer for the interesting questions. And by the way, Johnny, we seem to have a lot in common: "My favourite music is me" - my favourite music is you too!!!!

And boys with guitars too?! ;D Of course, John is QUITE EASY ON THE EYES, isn't he?! ;D ;D Ok... Focus now, Missy, Focus! It really is about the music! Back to the lecture at hand: Indeed, Missy, it's a REALLY GREAT interview!!! I couldn't agree more with John. His approach to the industry and his taste in music, I totally agree with and relate to!

For the absent-minded garriboardies (like me ), new radio event for 4th August - Fearless Radio (what a name LOL) Edit: I really enjoyed reading the setlists on the new section of the messageboard. Despite I wasn't in any of those dates, I remember some of them very well thanks to the newsletters, that I still keep in an own folder in my inbox mail (under the name "John Garrison" ). 2nd edit: new blog on MySpace, YAY!!!! ;D ;D ;D (looks like I'm not the only one with insomnia and feeling so active tonight..... ). Nice new music discovered (thanks to John) www.myspace.com/tobiasstenkjaer
